.. proud to provide a unique support service to the 18,000 veterans living on the Wirral

We put veterans and their families at the heart of what we do by giving them the support they need – from healthcare and housing to employability, finances, personal relationships, training, volunteering, team building and more.

Addiction, relationship breakdown, debt, homelessness, post-traumatic stress, depression and disability are all issues that can affect our members of our Armed Forces community. Many of these problems only become apparent when an individual has to leave their life in the Forces and join ‘Civvy Street’. Our purpose is to support our brave men and women overcome these problems, and rebuild their lives.

The needs of Wirral’s 18,000 veterans on the Wirral are becoming more diverse and complex. So we work hard to make sure our services are flexible and personal by adapting them to fit with the people we support. We can offer everyone we work with a range of tailored services to help them navigate life beyond the military.

Wirral Veterans CIC works in partnership with other military charities and specialist organisations to ensure that those who turn to us for help get the support they need from as many resources as possible.

“The strong individual is the one who asks for help when he needs it …”
